Assessment
Each athlete begins with a initial assessment to evaluate their technical skills, physical abilities, and overall game understanding. This session helps identify strengths, areas for improvement, and sets a baseline to design a tailored training plan that supports their individual goals.

Tailored Training Plan
After the initial assessment, we design a training program tailored to the athlete’s specific needs. The plan targets key performance areas including technical execution, tactical awareness, position-specific responsibilities, cognitive processing under pressure, and neuromuscular components such as speed, agility, and change of direction. The ultimate goal is to enhance overall performance while building confidence through measurable progress.
